Patronus: a crow.
Parents: Andrew and Loretta Wiggleswade, Muggles, deceased (they both died in 1990 in a car accident, they were both in their 60's, Demp was nearly 30 at the time and while it was a devastating loss at the time, he's since come to terms with it, he threw himself into his work and got through it with the help of a Muggle psychiatrist).
Siblings: None.

Significant Others: None currently.
Blood Ancestry: Muggleborn, he was held by Voldemort's followers during the war, captured when the Auror's did a raid, beaten but not 'tortured' especially as he didn't have any valuable information, he was a legal expert academically and a serviceable Auror, but middle of the road as far as his place in the Aurors office went. After the Battle at Hogwarts he was rescued.
Physical Description: Idris Elba. 6' 2¾", black, black hair with flecks of gray now, well-kept facial hair, sometimes bald, sometimes with close cropped black/slightly greyed hair. He's well built, a generally large guy but athletic by nature.

Personality: Demp is an academic who turned his interest in the law - picked up in History of Magic at Hogwarts - into a career with the Aurors office in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. He is analytical, somewhat quiet, but adventurous, too. He's friendly to those he knows in passing, always has a wise word for anyone who wants it, only those he's close to know that deep down he still has issues with his Muggle upbringing and how his parents died in such a 'Muggle' way.
Relationship history: When he was 25 he met a Muggle in London named Sandra Matthews at a family party, whom he was planning on asking to marry him when his parents died. She tried to help him through the tragedy and was the one who hooked him up with his doctor to cope, but in the end they just couldn't make it work anymore and they split amicably. Since then he's dated but nothing serious. He still thinks of Sandra every so often, but it's with fondness. He sort of assumes at this point in his life, 40-years-old and in the lottery to go to the new settlement, love most likely isn't in the cards for him, which sucks, as he always wanted a family, but he's sort of come to terms with it as well.
